Return & Refund Policy – Gem State Retro Gaming

At Gem State Retro Gaming, all products are cleaned, tested, and authentic. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, including:

    • Game discs/cartridges cleaned and tested

    • Consoles or accessories in working order

    • Original packaging (if applicable)

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at gemstateretrogaming@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship the item at your own cost, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return an item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at gemstateretrogaming@gmail.com.

  • We may request photos of the item before issuing a full refund or replacement.
