Return window

We accept returns within [30] days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition received and include all original accessories (controllers, power/AV cables, memory cards, manuals).


Warranty

Warranty covers functional issues under normal use.  It does not cover water damage, drops, or modifications.

 

Condition & testing

All hardware is tested, cleaned, and graded before shipping.

Please film your unboxing/first test if possible as this helps us resolve issues fast.

Tamper/security seals removed or broken may void eligibility.

 

What’s not returnable:

  1. Reproduction/bootleg carts sent back in place of authentic items
  2. Opened factory-sealed games (if you break the seal, we can only help for defects)
  3. Consumables & parts (thermal paste, thumb grips, batteries) once opened
  4. Damage from mods or third-party repairs after delivery
  5. Disc resurfacing / cleaning
    Light resurfacing or cleaning that we performed is noted in the listing and does not affect return eligibility.
  6. Save batteries & internal clocks (retro carts)
    Original cartridge batteries are wear items. If a cart arrives DOA (won’t boot), we’ll fix or replace; normal save-battery depletion over time isn’t a defect.

Bundles
Bundles must be returned complete. Partial bundle returns are [allowed / not allowed]. If allowed, we refund the individual item value minus any bundle discount applied.

 

Wrong / damaged item
Contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos/video: [support@yourstore.com]. We’ll issue a prepaid label for verified issues.

 

Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a refund for the product price.
  • You can choose between:
    • A refund to your original payment method, or
    • Store credit (issued as a digital gift card).

As a thank-you for shopping with us, you’ll also receive store credit equal to your return shipping cost.
This store-credit reimbursement never expires and can be applied toward any future purchase.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, with no missing parts or damage beyond normal use.

Refund timing
Once inspected (usually 2–3 business days after delivery), refunds go to the original payment method or we give you store credit (whichever you choose). Banks can take 3–10 business days to post.

 

Restocking fee (only if used/altered)
We reserve the right to charge up to [10%] for items returned used, missing parts, or with smoke/odor not present when shipped.

 

Authenticity guarantee
We sell authentic games and hardware. If anything we sent is not authentic, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
